Pipe Pier is the latest solution for rooftop and floor pipe supports. Common methods of securing pipe to commercial and industrial rooftops include wood blocks - which can deteriorate and cause supports to be unstable and steel foot plates - which can cause serious roof damage.
Pipe Pier solves these problems. Made of a block of tough, UV resistant, flexible, closed-cell ETHAFOAM* polyethylene foam, Pipe Pier absorbs vibrations and shock and accommodates expansion and contraction of piping. A 10-1/2" piece of ERISTRUT channel is bonded into the block of foam, allowing Pipe Pier to be used with standard strut and accessories.
Features
- Protects the rooftop membrane from damage
- Supports steel pipe, copper tube and electrical conduit
- Consists of a block of durable, UV resistant, flexible, closed-cell ETHAFOAM™ polyethylene foam with a section of ERISTRUT channel bonded into it
- Absorbs vibrations and shock
- Accommodates expansion and contraction of piping
- Saves time by allowing use of standard strut clamps and accessories
- Eliminates on-site cutting, drilling and measuring - reducing total installation time
Applications
Pipe Pier is designed for support systems in roof or floor applications and air handling spaces.
- For applications with larger loads, use the Heavy Duty Pipe Pier
- For air handling space installations, use the Plenum Pier™

Customer Testimonials
Here's what some of our satisfied customers are saying about Pipe Pier:
- Owner
- We favor the Pipe Pier support system on our flat roof because we learned the hard way how expensive flat roof repair and replacement can be. The Pipe Pier support block system offers the necessary stability while allowing a good degree of movement and expansion from temperature changes. Best of all, it doesn't tear up my new roof in the process. Morton Ford, Vision Loss Resources
- Estimator
- At the same time you buy your pipe, you buy Pipe Pier. You don't have to make a separate trip to the lumberyard and you eliminate the time associated with cutting lumber. Now, I include this time savings in my estimates. Andy Gross, Albers Mechanical
