| ERICO announced that the CADDY® SPEED LINK universal support system – a cost-effective alternative to threaded rod and associated hardware – is being very well received in the marketplace. According to ERICO, one contractor who tried it describes it as “a God send.” Another end user cut his installation time by more than 60% by using CADDY® SPEED LINK in place of jack chain to hang lights. CADDY is now offering a Starter Kit for distributors who would like to introduce CADDY® SPEED LINK by stocking a small quantity of the product. The Starter Kit includes 40 SLD2L2 (2mm x 2m) and 20 each of SLD2L3 (2mm x 3m), SLD3L2 (3mm x 2m), and SLD3L3 (3mm x 3m). The 2mm cable supports static loads up to 100 lb (45 kg). The 3mm cable handles loads up to 200 lb (90 kg). | |
