Step 1 Wrap galvanized steel around an overhead building structure member. | Step 2 Connect hook to cable. | Step 3 Thread locking device on to cable. |

Step 4 Wrap cable around pipe or duct. | Step 5 Thread cable into other side of locking device. |
| How to Release |
| 1. Insert a standard screwdriver or the SPEED LINK release tool into the opening on the same side that the cable was inserted through. This will release the catch. | |
| 2. Hold the screwdriver or release tool in place and pull the cable out of the locking device. | |
