Company Overview

Schell Company, Inc. is an electrical manufacturers' representative company, established January 25, 1966 by Don Schell. Our corporate office is located in Saint Rose, Louisiana and support resident offices in Jackson, Ms., Baton Rouge, La., and Lafayette, La.

Before establishing Schell Company Don Schell was with Robbins and Robbins, Inc. for 20 years, manufacturers' representative whose principle represented manufacturer was Allen Bradley Company.

Schell Company operates exclusively throughout the states of Louisiana and Mississippi. Sales are handled through electrical distribution. Schell Company is essentially a non-stocking representitive.

It is Schell Company's corporate sales philosophy to penetrate all levels of product specifications within the various markets: chemical, petrochemical, offshore development, pulp and paper industry, marine, ship building, fertilizer, food processing and utilities. Our current sales effort generates day to day communication with all consulting engineers, users and electrical distributors. Current product lines represented help us concentrate on corrosive, hostile and hazardous environment applications.
